Since 2012 Metroletts has been helping the residents of East London with all of their property needs. They’re local specialists in Lettings, Sales, Maintenance and Property Investments. But, after nine years and during the global pandemic, they knew they needed to do more to build and grow their business.
Enter Vlam Media.
When retelling the story of Metroletts, we knew it needed to cover both the digital and physical worlds.
Turning our attention to their office, we created a refreshed logo in the palette of the London Underground to build familiarity. In addition, we created the tag line ‘Moving You Forward.’ to inspire. We then began work on their office interior, creating a welcoming environment and a shop sign that illuminates whenever someone glances at it.
We believe content should add value and not always be about ‘the sale.’
Next, we turned our focus to the online space, revamping their Instagram and Facebook presence while creating a new library of photo and video.
Content to tell the story of Metroletts and its successes. Not only did we create content that showcased properties available, but we created an entire series of educational material for budding landlords or property owners, building trust and rapport and not pushing the hard sell.
